Collection contains a variety of material related to Elizabeth Blackwell including articles written by and about her, newspaper clippings, correspondence, a copy of a play about her life, pamphlets, press release, an eye witness account of her graduation, information on Kilmun, Scotland where she is buried, information on descendants, and copies of enrollment cards from the Woman's Medical College at the New York Infirmary.
The collection does not contain any of Elizabeth Blackwell's personal papers.
