Scope and Contents
The Board of Trustee records—Directories record group contains the directories of Board of Trustee members. Records include contact information for individual trustees. In most cases, term dates are also listed with each trustee in the directories. Also in this record group are trustee election materials.
Conditions Governing Access
Materials in this record group are restricted by year. Records are open for research 40 years after the date of creation. Special permission to view closed records created in the last 40 years may be granted by the Archivist on a case-by-case basis.

Copyright restrictions may apply. Unpublished manuscripts are protected by copyright. Permission to publish, quote, or reproduce must be secured from the repository and the copyright holder.

The materials in this record group are separated into election materials and directories and are arranged chronologically within these sub-groups.
