Scope and Contents

The Board of Trustee records—Minutes and Committees record group contains the agenda, minutes, and other meeting materials of the Board of Trustees including the materials of Board of Trustees committees. Committee materials are not available for every meeting, and the committees and committee names may change over the course of the Colleges' history. Examples of committees are: the Executive Council, the Finance Committee, The Financial Affairs Committee, the Building and Grounds Committee, and the Development Committee, among many others.

Materials in this collection are restricted by year. Records are open for research 40 years after the date of creation. Special permission to view closed records created in the last 40 years may be granted by the Archivist on a case-by-case basis.
