Scope and Contents
This record group contains records from the Art and Architecture Department. The majority of the materials relate to exhibitions held on campus. Materials include invitations, correspondence, posters, programs, and planning documents. The collection also includes information on portraits, artwork, sculptures, and other fine art owned by the Colleges.

Provenance
The majority of the materials were given to the Archives by the Art and Architecture Department. One series of files was created by former Reference Librarian Gary Thomson and was given to the Archives by Reference Librarian Michael Hunter in 2003. Invitations to more recent art exhibitions are received by the Archives in the campus mail.
