Charles V. and Constance Dean Adair collection, circa 1943-1944

Abstract This is a small collection of undated photographs of campus scenes donated by Charles V. Adair and his wife Constance Dean Adair. The photographs are probably from 1944 when Charles Adair was editor of the Echo of the Seneca yearbook. There are photographs of football and lacrosse games, religious life, fraternities, campus houses, theatre, and general student life activities.

Scope and Contents This collection contains the family papers of Daisy Weeks Buchholz, a member of the 1912 charter class of William Smith College. The materials cover her time at William Smith College, her marriage to Arthur Buchholz, a member of the Hobart class of 1909, and their subsequent life and family. Items include diaries, notebooks, correspondence, and a large number of photographs. There is also a large collection of genealogical materials assembled by Daisy and Arthur's daughter, Priscilla Frisbee.

Paul Mitchell Dove notebooks, ca. 1912-1915

Scope and Contents This collection contains the notebooks of Paul Mitchell Dove, Hobart College class of 1915. Most of the notebooks deal with either chemistry or physics, although one contains notes on philosophy and religion.
